These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Car News iOS application ("the App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Car News is a free, ad-supported app that displays automotive news articles for informational purposes only. The App does not require an account.

News articles displayed in the App are sourced from third parties and are provided for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any article content, and we are not responsible for the content of external sites linked from articles. Article content, trademarks, and images remain the property of their respective owners.
The App displays advertising served through Google AdMob, which helps keep the App free. See our Privacy Policy for details on how ads and related data collection work.
Any articles you bookmark are stored locally on your device. We are not responsible for loss of this data resulting from deleting the App, changing devices, or resetting your device.
The Car News name, app design, and original software are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App except as permitted by applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that news content will always be available or accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App, including reliance on any news content displayed.
We may modify or discontinue the App, or update these Terms, at any time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or discontinue access to the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.
